4. Click the "Speak Cells" to the computer to read the cell that you select.
5. If you find errors in the data, click on "Stop Speaking", and then use the mouse to fix it.
6. Click the "Speak Cells" to continue.

To switch between Voice Command mode and Dictation, just click the button on the Language bar or by saying "voice command" or "dictation" on the microphone.

1. To open the Font box on the Formatting toolbar, saying: "td".
2. To change the font of Times New Roman to Verdana, said: "verdana".
