According to [Gulnary] Of [khasyanovoy], Director-General [Skay] link, partner project with the group of companies DARS has a chance to become the first realized MVNO- project in the Volga Region. In accordance with the conditions of the agreement [OOO] “Of [dARS]-[AyPi]” will allow to its corporate clients in Ul'yanovsk and [Dimitrovgrade] of the service of the transfer of Telecom with the use “last mile, given under the brand DARS”, organized along the network “[Skay] link”.
