Vodafone 360 Developer Conference at App Planet, Mobile World Congress, Barcelona 15th Feb 2010 Tweet

Many thanks to everyone who attended the Vodafone 360 Developer Day at App Planet, MWC. The event as a whole went really well with a great mix of sessions from our executive leadership, Peters Suh CEO of JIL (Joint Innovation Lab), Jon S. von Tetzchner - Opera Co-founder, Sam Dean - LastMinute.com, Peter-Paul Kock, Wolfram Kriesing and the Vodafone technical developer team who highlighted the Vodafone 360 cross-platform proposition. All MC'd by Mike Butcher from TechCrunch.

Aside from the developer day, Vodafone also sponsored the App Lounge at App Planet. Here there was a chance to chill out from the buzz of the show, with plenty of discussion around developing widgets.

Also during the event, 5 widget developers who attended the Vodafone 360 Developer day took to the stage for the Vodafone App Star Auditions, to show off their widgets in front of our live audience. The audience then voted for the top three winners (1st SmartRunner, 2nd Mobnotes and 3rd InfoBus Sevilla) via twitter.
