Access to MIPSAndroid source code is publically available via repo/git. It's recommended that you:

About MIPSANDROID¶

Except for the Linux kernel and several LGPL components, Android is licensed under the APL (Apache Software License). This allows vendors and developers to create value-add extensions for Android without being subjected to the open-source license.
