Nokia Messaging for Series 40 phones debuts in Ecuador

Friday, April 9, 2010

ECUADOR – Nokia Messaging is making an evolutionary leap and extending its social tentacles onto new Series 40 devices, debuting in Ecuador (a place pretty familiar with the concept of evolution thanks to a certain Charles Darwin and his famous research in the region). Read on to discover what this new species of Nokia Messaging for Series 40 has to offer.

Previously reserved to the realm of Symbian devices, this version for Series 40 phones isn’t a trimmed down baby brother – it’s a full fat sharp-toothed version of Nokia Messaging that offers the entire array of email and IM talents as found in its serious Symbian sibling.

Folk living in Ecuador will be able to experience Nokia Messaging for Series 40 in selected new entry-level handsets from now on. Of course this means access to up to 10 POP/IMAP email accounts, with support for the world’s major email providers, including the likes of Hotmail, Gmail, Yahoo! and Ovi Mail. Plus, it’s socially savvy too, letting you easily set up and connect to your favourite IM clients for a instant chat anywhere.
