Today company “[Sidikom] navigation” reported the fact that all publications contain false and groundless information, which defame the business standing of company. Therefore [OOO] “[Sidikom] navigation”, as the owner of the service “Of [progorod]” it will defend its interests in the law court. As it communicates, on April 8, 2010 to the arbitrage Moscow was directed initiation petition about the refutation of the information, published on the site of inright.ru (owner - “[Rayting] Of [klab]”) on April 1, 2010 in article “[Gostayny] on the dumping prices”. But on April 12, 2010 into the procuratorship Moscow was given statement about the attraction to the personal responsibility of Leonid Savchenko, the author of this article, for the propagation of uncertain information.
