S&J Co., Ltd. (http://eng.snj.co.kr), the computer peripherals specialist, embarks upon market entry in full scale by showcasing the new concept 'Eggy', the super compact portable speaker, and 'Bike Speaker', the bike-mounted speaker, of original design and functionalities at the CeBIT 2010 to be held on March in Hanover, Germany.
With simple and compact design, Eggy fits into your hand perfectly. Also, while Eggy has been enhanced of portability with the micro-mini 20mm unit technology, the 2W output and digital amplifier guarantee fantastic sound quality that is close to the original sound. Especially, Eggy uses USB interface in the power supply part and therefore does not additionally require external power source.
Developed in tune with the global trend of rapid increase in the use of eco-friendly transportation means, such as bike, 'Bike Speaker', the bike- mounted speaker, not only allows users to conveniently and safely listen to music while on bikes, but also can be used for general purposes as the speaker is detachable.
Functionally, Bike Speaker uses the super compact unit applied to Eggy that produces the optimal sound quality. In addition, the additional volume control, watch, stopwatch (in some models) and FM radio functions further enhance users' convenience.
CEO Dong-jun Seo of S&J talked about the company's ambitious plan. "We expect very high demand for Bike Speaker in the advanced European countries where the rate of bike use is higher than in any other parts of the world. With our new products, S&J will expand our global distribution network to all corners of the world including Europe."
As an ODM (Original Development Manufacturing) specialist of Samsung Electronics, S&J supplies a variety of products including USB memory, keyboard, mouse, web-cam and headset as well as speakers. Recently, S&J has created the company's original brand, VITCEN. With this, the company plans to release products with differentiated design concept, unlike the ODM products for Samsung.
