Mr. Manginelli brings to Media Sciences more than 25 years of financial leadership experience at manufacturing and distribution companies, both private and public. Prior to joining Media Sciences, Mr. Manginelli served as Chief Financial Officer for Niagara Conservation Corp. a Cedar Knolls, New Jersey manufacturer and distributor of water saving and energy efficient products from 2007 to January 2010. From 1995 to 2007 he served as Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer of New Jersey-based Colavita, USA, a leading importer and distributor of Italian foods. He is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and of the New Jersey Society of CPAs.
As Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Manginelli will have responsibility for the organization's overall financial policies and all financial functions, including accounting, budgets, credit, insurance, tax, treasury, audit, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and SEC reporting. Mr. Manginelli will lead all due diligence efforts and play a significant role in acquisition integration activities. Mr. Manginelli is also responsible for human resources and information technology functions, as well as all corresponding personnel.
