SANDISK TO HOST ANNUAL STOCKHOLDERS MEETING Tweet

MILPITAS, Calif. - SanDisk Corporation (Nasdaq:SNDK) will hold its annual stockholders meeting on Wednesday, June 2, 2010, at its corporate headquarters in Milpitas, CA, beginning at 8:00am Pacific Time. Attendance at the on-site meeting will be strictly limited to stockholders with a proxy control number or other proof of ownership, and a valid photo I.D. will also be required for admittance. After adjournment of the annual stockholders meeting, a business overview will be provided by live webcast, beginning at approximately 8:20am Pacific Time. The webcast can be accessed real-time at www.sandisk.com/IR, and the webcast will also be available on-demand following the meeting.
