Computex 2010: Touchscreen products are everywhere Tweet

Touchscreen products will be one of the focuses during Computex 2010, despite that there is no individual section dedicated to the segment, as vendors of handheld devices such as tablet PCs and e-book readers, as well as notebook and all-in-one PC vendors are all showing related products at the show.

Most touch panel makers and IC providers have decided to exhibit their products with system makers.

Projected capacitive touch panel maker Fortrend Touch Panel Division will showcase its multi-touch panel that has hardness of 9H compared to the regular hardness of 7H for touch panels.

Resistive touch panel maker Abon Touch will display its 5-wire resistive touch panel for industrial PCs and all-in-one PCs.

Optical touch panel maker Waltop will show its latest products and technologies for e-book readers and tablet PCs.
