FourthWall Creates Media Measurement Unit; Bill Feininger Joins Company to Lead Group

Former Nielsen Media Research Veteran Brings Years of Technical, Business and Research Experience to FourthWall Media's Growing Business.

PLANO, Texas -- FourthWall Media announced today that Bill Feininger, a leading executive in the field of television technology and media research, has joined the staff as Senior Vice-President of Media Measurement, a newly created unit he will head. In this capacity Feininger will be responsible for all aspects of advanced and interactive advertising research including business planning, product management, and strategic partnerships.

Prior to his fifteen years with Nielsen Media Research, Bill has worked in an engineering capacity for a number of hardware and software companies. His membership in professional associations includes The Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), The Society of Cable Television Engineers (SCTE), CTAM, Consumer Electronics Association, and he has been a contributor to ATSC/DASE (T3/S17), CableLabs and Interactive Television Alliance. He has been awarded a number of patents and has an equal number pending. He is married and has three children.
