MTS and Huawei established record on the speed of transmission of the data through the supply mains of operator Tweet

The operator of mobile connection the Mts- Ukraine and the company Of huawei declared about the successful completion of the joint testing of the new solution for the supply mains of operator on the base of equipment DWDM, which allowed operator to reach the speed of transmission of data record for the Ukraine.

In the course of the testing, organized by MTS and Huawei on the transport DWDM- network of operator, was provide ford capacity 40 Gbit/it flogged on one wave, what made it possible to realize total capacity 1600 Gbit/s (in one pair of fibers - 40 waves). Today, the obtained result is absolute record for the Ukraine. Moreover this ex-perTimNT - this is an similar only project, realized in the territory of the country.

Testing was conducted in the section of the supply mains MTS with a length of 752 km with the use of new series equipment Of huawei Of optix Of metro. Besides reaching of the record indices of capacity, was also successfully carried out testing such functions of equipment as reconstruction of the wavelength of transmitter, adaptive compensation for dispersion, and also control and monitoring of the quality of signal.

The distinctive special feature of optical equipment Of optix Of metro is the use of transponders of its own development with coding of eDQPSK and automatic compensation for dispersion, which makes it possible to transfer 40-[gigabitnyy] signal to the distance to 2500 km without the need of using the regeneration sections.
