San Diego based Zeebo, Inc. announced an agreement with AT&T* to provide mobile wireless broadband service for the Zeebo 3G connected digital gaming, entertainment and education system. The agreement to wirelessly connect the system to AT&T’s network enables Zeebo to more rapidly deploy in new markets currently underserved by existing technologies.
The Zeebo platform is currently sold in Brazil and Mexico. Zeebo is planning for commercial opportunities in the domestic market in 2011. Financial terms of the deal have not been disclosed.
