From the present day, after collecting combination 111, subscriber MTS will hear in the vocal menu instead of the standard personal greeting from the service IVR, in this case the system will be turned to it on the name.
As operator declares, this innovation became possible, because of that comprised by his specialists to the base of the names of subscribers, in which for each client was created separate record. In the base there are names of all subscribers MTS, who are operated on the conditions of [predoplaty] and contract, which at least once were turned into the contact center of operator or were recorded with the site for the participation in the programs of loyalty.
In further MTS it plans to carry out a reproduction not only of the names of all subscribers, but also patronymics.
