AT&T Webinar to Help Small Businesses Protect and Manage Technology Investment

Author and Technology Expert Aliza Sherman To Discuss Common Issues Related To Supporting Small Business Technology.

Furthering its ongoing commitment to small business success, AT&T announced it will broadcast a live web seminar on June 10th entitled “Simple Practices for Managing Your Technology.” This webcast, featuring author and technology expert Aliza Sherman, is part of a series of instructional webinars and training courses that are available through AT&T’s small business Web site, www.att.com/SmallBusinessInSite.

Sherman, one of the Top 50 People Who Matter Most on the Internet according to Newsweek, is a Web pioneer, online marketing expert, published author, international speaker and regular contributor to national magazines and web sites. She founded the first woman-owned, full-service Internet company, Cybergrrl, Inc., in 1995 and founded Webgrrls International, the first women’s Internet networking group. She is currently co-owner of social media marketing firm, Conversify!. Joining Sherman will be Rias Muhamed, director of Small Business Technology Support Services for AT&T.

WHAT: Technology is critical to the success of today's small businesses and supporting that technology investment has never been more important. This webinar will highlight the unique issues related to mobile technology support, as well as cover strategies for managing software updates, platform migrations, securing and backing up critical data and trouble shooting. Specific case studies will be presented showing several real-world technology support options including AT&T's technology support capabilities for online data backup and computer support services.
