AT&T Webinar to Provide Small Businesses Tips on Building a Strong Online Presence

Small Business Author and Syndicated Columnist Steve Strauss Discusses Web 2.0, Online Marketing and Trends in Web Design for Small Businesses.

Furthering its ongoing commitment to small business success, AT&T* announced that it will host a free one-hour webinar on April 8 entitled, “Maximizing Your Web Presence.” The webinar - part of a series of instructional webinars and training courses available on AT&T’s small business Web site, www.att.com/SmallBusinessInSite - will feature noted small business advisor, Steve Strauss.

Steve Strauss is a nationally recognized small business expert. A lawyer, columnist and speaker, Strauss is also an author of 15 books focusing on small business including “The Small Business Bible.” His syndicated business column, Ask an Expert, appears weekly on USAToday.com. Joining Steve will be Catie Brice, AT&T Web Hosting Manager

WHAT:
Having an effective web site is critical for today's small businesses. A user-friendly, engaging and visually compelling Web site is a reflection of how a small business operates and values its customers. Additionally, a strong online presence can enable networking opportunities, nurture brand trust and eventually increase sales. Strauss will discuss what small businesses need to consider when developing an online presence, including Web 2.0, overall design elements, organization of Web content and how to take advantage of the latest Web site technologies. Additionally, a section covering AT&T's capabilities in the area of professional Web site design and hosting will be discussed.

Thursday, April 8 at 1:30 p.m. ET.
