URL Integration Announces Appointment of Bruce A. Kelling to Board of Directors

Kelling Brings Wealth of Experience in Information Management Technology and Business Development.

ENGLEWOOD, Colo. -- URL Integration (www.urlintegration.com), a technology consulting firm specializing in IT integration solutions for government and business, today announced the appointment of Bruce A. Kelling to its Board of Directors. Kelling brings more than 30 years of experience in building and managing companies specializing in technology solutions for information management with particular focus on the public safety and justice markets.

Kelling is the managing principal of Bask Enterprises, LLC, which he established in 2002 to help companies develop and execute successful business strategies. In 1980, Kelling founded and became the Chairman and CEO of Tiburon, Inc. where he played a key role in the design and development of the company's product line. From 1980 – 2002, Kelling led Tiburon to annual revenues over $50M, several mergers and acquisitions, and outside investment from Motorola, Compudyne Corporation, and American Management Systems, among others. In 2002, he led the merger team as Tiburon became a subsidiary of Compudyne Corporation.

Before founding Tiburon, Inc., Kelling worked for Planning Research Corporation (PRC) where he was Vice President of the Americas and Asia division. He previously held project and business unit management positions at System Science Development Corporation (SSDC), which was acquired by PRC in 1972.

Kelling is a past member of the Board of Directors at Integrated Justice Information Systems (IJIS) Institute where he chairs the FBI NIBRS/N-DEx Advisory Committee and the IJIS Funding and Development Committee. He also sits on the Board of Directors at VisionAIR.
