In order to attend the annual meeting, you must be a shareholder of record or a beneficial holder as of the close of business on April 27, 2010, or hold a legal proxy for the annual meeting.
If you are a shareholder of record, your name will be verified against the list of shareholders of record prior to your being admitted to the annual meeting. You should be prepared to present photo identification for admission. If you are a beneficial holder (i.e., if you hold your shares in "street name" through a bank, broker or other nominee), you will need to provide proof of your beneficial ownership on the record date, such as a brokerage account statement showing that you owned Yahoo! stock on April 27, 2010, or a copy of the "Important Notice Regarding the Availability of Proxy Materials" or the "Voting Instructions" form pre-printed with your name and address (mailed to you by your broker, bank or other nominee), or other similar evidence of ownership as of the record date, for admission.
If you do not provide photo identification or comply with the other procedures outlined above upon request, you may not be admitted to the annual meeting.
The meeting is for shareholders only; members of the media are invited to listen to the live audiocast.
