JSR 239 brings Java OpenGL® ES support to Vivaz™, Vivaz™ pro and Satio™ Tweet

JSR 239: JavaTM Binding for the OpenGL® ES API is now available in our Symbian-based products. It enables Java apps to feature accelerated graphics using the OpenGL® ES 1.0 standard.

Vivaz™ and Vivaz™ Pro have the support included from initial shipments.

JSR 239 has been added in Satio™ firmware maintenance release 2. You can use Sony Ericsson Update Service to update your Satio™ right away.
