RunKeeper for Android is now HERE! Tweet

Great news for all of you Android-loving RunKeeper users, RunKeeper for Android is now here! Information on where to download it is at http://runkeeper.com/android.

This first release is a basic, free version of RunKeeper with most of the core functionality you find in RunKeeper Free on the iPhone. The plan is to rapidly iterate on the app in the coming weeks/months, much like we have done on the iPhone. And not to worry iPhone-owners, we are still ACTIVELY improving the iPhone app(s) as well!

The big Boston Marathon run is tomorrow morning, and I am busy crafting emails to all of you. Maybe I should go to bed now :-)

But don’t forget to track our Android phone (Aaron White) and iPhone (me) running the race LIVE on Monday at 10:30am EST at this link. . .
