AT&T Interactive And Citysearch Expand Relationship

AT&T Interactive and Citysearch, an operating business of IAC (NASDAQ: IACI), announced a distribution agreement under which sponsored listings from YP.COM - the new YELLOWPAGES.COM, have the opportunity to be displayed across CityGrid, Citysearch’s local content and advertising network. This reciprocal agreement builds on the existing relationship between Citysearch and AT&T Interactive where Citysearch listings, user reviews and editorial content have the opportunity to be displayed on YP.COM.

Through the new distribution agreement, YP.COM advertisers have the opportunity to extend their exposure among local consumers who are searching on Citysearch or other CityGrid publisher web properties. As part of the relationship, CityGrid reseller partners also have access to distribution across YP.COM.
