ZTE to introduce US$150 smartphone in June 2010, says paper

China-based handset maker ZTE and telecom carrier China Unicom are co-developing an Android-based smartphone estimated to retail at about US$150, according to a Chinese-language Commerical Times report.

The global launch is scheduled for June 2010, the paper said.
