Orange launches new website to help business customers get the best deal even more quickly and easily

Orange announced the launch of its new website for business customers, which is set to deliver a best in class online experience. The complete redesign of the website (www.orange.co.uk/business), managed with digital agency Proximity, will see a step change in customer experience, allowing easier navigation of the site, with content and solutions now organised by the size of the business and its specific needs.

As no one business is the same, the new website makes everything even quicker and easier to find, dependent on what customers are looking for from their communications supplier. For those requiring more than simple voice, text and devices, the site is also geared towards helping them find solutions, with supporting case studies to show how other companies have solved issues similar to ones they might be facing.

All content is clearly organised according to business customer type: from sole traders to small1 or medium2 businesses to corporate businesses3 and public sector customers such as those in government, healthcare or education, each has access to tailored content and solutions to help increase productivity, and so deliver better services more efficiently to its own customers.

With one click from the home page, the site will guide visitors directly to the products and solutions that will suit them best. If they want to browse more, a new global navigation system provides an ‘at a glance’ snapshot of the website from every page, so people can always see where they are and the broad range of solutions on offer.
