Competitor joins US operation, New Canadian Office Opened.

ROCHELLE PARK, N.J. -- Strativity Group, a global customer experience research and consulting firm announce the expansion of its operation. The company hired Marc Mandel, former managing director of LASSA Partners, a competing firm which ceased to operate. Additionally, the company established a new Canadian presence led by Michael Boonstra, a seasoned customer experience executive.

"The addition of Marc Mandel to our team and the establishment of the Canadian office will enable Strativity to address the growing market demand for our proprietary service," said Lior Arussy, President of Strativity Group. "As the customer experience market starts to mature, there is a growing demand for a proven track record of delivering results, which is where Strativity plays," Arussy concluded.

Marc Mandel was the managing director of LASSA Partners a NJ based customer experience consulting firm. Mandel brings with him extensive experience in assisting Fortune 1000 companies in improving their customer experience. Prior to Lassa Partners, he worked at Clarabridge, a customer experience technology firm, and other technology companies.

Michael Boonstra is a seasoned executive with experience in assisting organizations through their customer experience transformation. He recently held positions with TELUS' business solutions organization.
