The Japanese company Of kyocera Of corporation declared about reaching of final agreement with the company Of sony Of corporation and her daughterly company Of sony Of mobile Of display Of corporation on the acquisition of her business on the production and the development TFT of [ZhK]- panels. Transaction will be realized by the corporate separation, where Kyocera will acquire factory on the production of [ZhK]- panels, [Yasu] located in city, the prefecture of whitefish, Japan, outlined on June 1, 2010. The existing working contracts and the transfer of colleagues it will be assigned to the same date, and Kyocera will come out by their lawful successor.
