Sprint CEO Hesse Featured In New Television Ads Inviting Consumers to Try Sprint With Money-Back Guarantee.

OVERLAND PARK, Kan. --In another bold move Sprint (NYSE:S) is offering consumers something no other wireless carrier is, a full money-back guarantee on service plans - the Sprint Free Guarantee - the subject of a new ad campaign.

Beginning April 1, the Sprint Free Guarantee ensures all new or existing customers who add a new line of service, and are not completely satisfied, may deactivate service and return the device within 30 days to have the opportunity to receive a full refund. In addition to being reimbursed for the device purchase, activation fee, and having their early termination fee waived, customers will also be refunded monthly service plan recurring charges incurred and all associated taxes and fees. In addition, Sprint will waive the restocking fee for new customer exchanges as part of this policy.

As part of the campaign, Sprint CEO Dan Hesse is featured in a stand-alone TV ad touting the Sprint Free Guarantee, which begins running today on network and cable outlets. In the ad Hesse invites customers to join Sprint, "and if you're not completely happy with Sprint within 30 days, we'll give you your money back."

"Sprint offers the lowest pricing for monthly plans, the largest voice calling network, the nation's only 4G network, and a superior customer experience," said Mike Goff, vice president, Corporate Marketing. "And now Sprint is offering customers an unmatched guarantee: If a customer isn't completely satisfied with their purchase, we'll give them their money back. This campaign is simple and we're so confident consumers will be happy with Sprint we're having our CEO deliver the message to give Sprint a try."

In print and online advertisements, the Sprint Free Guarantee will be integrated into existing placements featuring the headline "Our $69.99 is worth more than their $69.99," with messaging about the Sprint Free Guarantee appearing near the bottom of those ads. It's part of an overall marketing strategy to highlight the advantages consumers have with Sprint, including simple pricing plans, superior networks, outstanding customer service, and an award-winning device lineup that includes the world's first 3G/4G Android phone - HTC EVO(TM) 4G. Sprint is the first national wireless carrier to launch 4G with service available in 28 markets today, and Sprint has the largest voice-calling area and a reliable national 3G data network.

Sprint customers will be responsible for certain charges not associated with the Sprint Free Guarantee: usage not included in the monthly service plan, premium content (i.e. digital downloads, songs, games, applications), third-party billing, international charges and any associated taxes and Sprint surcharges.

The Sprint Free Guarantee is yet another unique asset in what is a growing list of industry "firsts" for Sprint as no other major wireless carrier matches this guarantee today. For complete information about the Sprint Free Guarantee, visit http://www.sprint.com/guarantee.
