Velaro Unleashes Real-Time Language Translation in Click-to-Chat with Google Translate(TM)

For the first time businesses and web site visitors can use different languages seamlessly in e-commerce web-based chat.

This feature enables the web site visitor and the agents to use completely different languages while inside a web-based chat.

Velaro's click-to-chat translation feature is configurable in a couple ways. The web site visitor can simply select their preferred language from a menu before the live chat session starts. Once selected, Velaro's chat service will automatically update the web site visitor's interface with the selected language. Alternatively, business owners can set entire departments to a specific language, allowing different language-based versions of their web site to automatically offer live chat in the specified language.
