Enterprise Communications Authority David Lemelin Joins ABI Research Tweet

ABI Research takes pleasure in announcing the addition of David Lemelin to its enterprise communications research team. Assuming the position of Research Director, Enterprise Communications, Lemelin now heads ABI Research's Enterprise Communications Research Service, overseeing the firm's analysis of enterprise markets for voice over IP (VoIP), unified communications, telepresence, contact centers, fixed-mobile convergence, video conferencing, messaging, and video surveillance. The Service addresses issues including the role of Wi-Fi RTLS, managed services, social networking, security, system integration, and more.

Prior to joining ABI Research, Mr. Lemelin was Team Leader of the Business Markets practice, and Lead Analyst in the Business IP Communications Service at In-Stat. Previously, he spent more than 25 years at Qwest/U S WEST, where he held a variety of marketing and public relations senior manager positions.

He is recognized as a market expert in the field of telecommunications, particularly in SMB markets. He has made many presentations to wide-ranging national audiences on technology and telecommunications topics, has provided insights on National Public Radio's Marketplace and other media sources, and is often quoted in numerous national business and technology publications including The Wall Street Journal, Business Week, Forbes, PC World, The Seattle Times, The Denver Post, The San Jose Mercury News, and Network World.

David Lemelin graduated Magna Cum Laude with a BS in Marketing from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs, and received his MBA in Marketing from The University of Colorado at Denver.
